This September 25, Chef Felix, Andrea, Mario and Carlo unite for Otto Mani, a four-course journey celebrating ten years of Italian craft at MONTI.
From La Piazza Segreta and its artisanal booths and curated wines, to the Alta Notte party on the rooftop, it is an evening made for food, wine and celebration!

The Grand Champagne Brunch (2nd Edition)
Ten of 1-Group’s brands come together for one afternoon, poured through with champagne 55 storeys above Orchard Road.
Featuring a Seafood Spectacular with half lobsters, scallops, poached mussels and live oyster shucking, a grand spread of charcuterie and artisanal cheese, alongside signature dishes from across 1-Group’s restaurants — including a first look at Chef Paul Longworth, who earned a Michelin star for ten consecutive years — with roving desserts to finish.

Beneath the adrenaline and the shimmer of red, usher in the race season through a distinctly Italian experience set against the iconic backdrop of Marina Bay. Featuring The Red Lap's signature dining, the Podium Flight's racing-inspired cocktails, and The Pit Stop's premium non-alcoholic creations, every detail pays homage to a town where icons are born and legends are shaped.
