A Tale of Two Cultures
A celebration of Singapore's layered identity, told through the lens of Italian craft.
This National Day, MONTI pays tribute to the city that shaped us. Our culinary team revives the lost flavours of Singapore's past through modern technique — from the Mazara Red Prawn Sphere to the Pandan & Coconut Sablé, every dish honours the city that shaped us.
The spotlight falls on the Gado-Gado, reimagined as the Gado-Gado — Vitello Tonnato. Alongside it, raise a glass to the Lion City with our tribute, the Merlion Sling.
And for the main event, a sneak peek at our Wood Fire Char-Grilled Sanchoku Wagyu Striploin MB9, served with potato fondant, romanesco, and a red wine & grain mustard jus.
Dine with us 3 – 8 August for our 3-Course Menu at $168++ per pax, or 9 & 10 August for our 4-Course Menu at $208++ per pax. From 6pm onwards.

From 2–11 October, claim pole position at MONTI with The Red Lap: Rosso Corsa Singapore! A tribute to the legends of Maranello where precision, passion, and the finest Italian ingredients meet. Beneath the adrenaline and the shimmer of red, usher in the race season through a distinctly Italian experience set against the iconic backdrop of Marina Bay. Featuring The Red Lap's signature dining, the Podium Flight's racing-inspired cocktails, and The Pit Stop's premium non-alcoholic creations, every detail pays homage to a town where icons are born and legends are shaped.
