1. Is my preferred event date available?
Contact our Events Team and we’ll check availability immediately. Popular corporate periods and year-end dates fill quickly, so early enquiries are encouraged.
2. What is the minimum spend or guest requirement?
Minimum spend varies by event type, date, and space. We host intimate meetings to large-scale functions for up to 250 guests.
3. What is your maximum capacity?
• Seated Lunch/Dinner: Up to 210
• Cocktail & Networking: Up to 350
Flexible spaces allow for product displays, or after-event drinks.
4. What do your event packages include?
Our corporate and private event packages typically feature:
• Curated Western or Asian menus (buffet, plated meals, canapés, live stations, etc.)
• Beverage packages
• Use of in-house sound system, projector, screens & microphones
• Dedicated event planners and professional service staff
• Standard setup with tableware
5. Can we engage external vendors?
Yes. You may bring your preferred décor, photography or entertainment vendors. We also offer a list of trusted partners familiar with our venue.
6. Is there a wet-weather plan for outdoor segments?
Yes. Indoor contingency spaces are always prepared to ensure your programme continues seamlessly, rain or shine.
7. What are your payment and cancellation terms?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Postponement options and cancellation terms are detailed clearly in your contract for full transparency.
8. Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
We provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary options with advance notice. Halal-certified meals can be arranged through approved partners.
9. How long is the standard booking duration?
Packages typically include 4 hours of event time, with 2 hours prior for setup with optional extensions for rehearsals, or after-parties.

11. Are there décor or production restrictions?
You are free to customise your setup. For suspended structures, fire elements or large installations, please check with us for safety and feasibility.
12. Are weekday or lunch event packages available?
Yes. Weekday meetings, seminars, networking sessions and smaller corporate gatherings are available as well.
13. What are the event cutoff timings?
Lunch events typically end by 2pm, and dinner events by 10.30pm. Extensions may be possible depending on the programme.
14. How far in advance should we book?
Most corporate clients book 3–12 months ahead, especially for year-end functions. Last-minute bookings can be accommodated based on availability.
15. What if my guest numbers change?
Our team will guide you on guaranteed numbers, and adjustments can be made closer to your event date.
16. Is parking available?
Parking is available within Capitaspring. Valet or VIP drop-off arrangements can be organised upon request.
17. Do you provide hotel recommendations or rates for delegates?
Yes. Through partner hotels such as The Fullerton Hotel and The Fullerton Bay Hotel, we can extend preferred corporate rates.
