Sip & Savour Cocktail Festival returns from 24 February to 31 March, bringing bold flavours, creative pours, and globally inspired cocktails across our venues.
This year’s theme, A World in Every Glass, celebrates inventive mixology and spirited experiences — crafted to take you on a journey with every sip.
The festival culminates in one electrifying night at The Riverhouse on Friday, 27 March.
Expect world-inspired cocktail booths, live DJ sets, bite-sized masterclasses and high-energy afterparty vibes.

This International Women's Day, MONTI raises a glass to the strength, grace, and brilliance of women everywhere with 2 creations inspired by the colours of dawn and the iconic mimosa flower.
Fior di Mimosa — $19++
A delicate lemon genoise soaked in fragrant Amalfi Limoncello, layered with silky vanilla diplomat cream and a hidden heart of tropical mango. Finished with a mimosa velvet sponge, this elegant dessert pays homage to the traditional flower of International Women's Day.
Aurora di MONTI — $19++
Named for the first light of day, Aurora di MONTI captures the luminous colours of sunrise over the bay while echoing MONTI's own name. Bright, uplifting, and beautifully balanced, it's crafted as a celebratory toast to the women who illuminate our lives.

Celebrate Easter with an Italian feast at our Easter Colapranzo Extravaganza. Overlooking the waterfront, we’re serving up a sophisticated brunch that balances a hearty buffet with refined table service. at $98++ per pax, and kids at 44++ per pax. Free-flow prosecco at 38++
Start your meal at our salad bar and artisanal antipasti spread, featuring premium cold cuts like Prosciutto di Parma and warm, house-baked Rosemary Focaccia.
The heart of the celebration features a curated table-side pasta service, where freshly cooked Primi Piatti, including a seasonal Lamb Shoulder Ragu, are brought straight to you. For the main event, head to the Butcher’s Block for succulent Roast Leg of Lamb with rosemary and thyme, or our Whole Baked Salmon with lemon and herbs, paired with indulgent duck fat roast potatoes.
